The Social Security Administration has published updated data online regarding decisions by Administrative Law Judges across the country on its official website at www.ssa.gov. According to the latest posting, the information is current as of September 26, 2015. The data is available on both “html” and “xml” formats.
The most direct link for ALJ decision data is here.
Another option is to go to the main site home page noted above and do a search for: ALJ Disposition Data
The information may be filtered by ALJ name and/or hearing office. Data includes total dispositions by the ALJ in their current hearing office, across all hearing office locations where they may have served, and how many of those decisions were fully favorable, partially favorable or unfavorable.
